Haverford’s three Academic Centers provide opportunities for students and faculty to enrich their scholarship beyond the classroom. In addition to hosting influential speakers, events, and symposia, the Centers are the primary source of funding for your internships and externships.
As grant-making entities to some 150 students per year, the Centers open channels across all disciplines, uniting you with faculty to test hypotheses and conduct research in the arts, science, and social sciences. With global reach, each Center offers comprehensive resources and tools along with support to help you design your own high-level scholarship and make connections with experts and organizations from around the world who are doing transformative work.
