Our Katies graduate with the performance-ready expertise to become ethical and effective leaders. In fact, Business graduates overwhelmingly report that their program prepared them with the skills needed to become a leader in their chosen field—and that’s because our Business faculty bring more than academic excellence to the classroom. Our professors have storied careers in the business world, offering a wealth of experience and a practical approach to enhance student engagement. In fact, St. Kate's offers more than 600 internship opportunities with corporation and nonprofit partners. A team of St. Kate’s faculty, staff, alumni, and leaders in the business community help you explore and apply your leadership strengths. The program fosters leadership skills through coursework, applied learning, internships, and student support. Katie Leadership Impact is open to all St. Kate’s undergraduate students and is possible thanks to a $1.25 million grant from The Manitou Fund.
