More than a career in business—a life of purpose

In a global marketplace, choices exist at every level of business, government, and society that can either produce innovation and value or threaten our well-being and stifle progress. John Carroll University’s Boler College of Business champions a set of principles that teach service to others, incorporating the perspective of a nearly 500-year-old Jesuit tradition into preparing students for the future of work. We cultivate the critical thinking, technical skills, and resourcefulness that inspire our graduates to become responsible leaders. Boler College of Business is Cleveland's business school.
